Oregon - Second Congressional District Information

Covering approximately two thirds of the state, the Second Congressional District is the largest district by area in the state of Oregon and is the seventh largest in the United States. The District was first created in 1893 and has been represented in the House by sixteen different representatives. Our current representative, republican Greg Walden, has served since first taking office on January 3, 1999.

The last democrat to represent the second district of Oregon in the United States House of Representatives was Al Ullman who served twelve terms between 1957 and 1981.
